01 — Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $40 deposit is required via e-transfer to kambojisnidhi@gmail.com. Please include your full name, contact information, service details, and appointment date & time.

NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. Deposits must be sent within 24 hours of booking or your appointment will be automatically cancelled. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.

02 — Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service fee. Deposits are non-refundable.

03 — Reschedule Policy

Clients are allowed a one-time reschedule per appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Multiple reschedules are not permitted, even if requested before the 48-hour window. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may be treated as a late cancellation.

04 — No Show Policy

No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee and may result in restrictions on future bookings.

05 — Late Arrival Policy

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a $20 late fee or appointment cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.

06 — 3-Weeks Fill Policy

When booking a refill appointment, it is recommended to do so within 3 weeks and ensure that at least 30–40% of your lash extensions are still intact. If less than 30% of your extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

07 — 2-Weeks Fill Policy

When booking a refill appointment, it is recommended to do so within 2 weeks and ensure that at least 50% of your lash extensions are still intact. If less than 50% of your extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a 3-week fill or a full set.

08 — No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Results may vary depending on individual eye shape and natural lash condition. If any concerns arise, please notify us immediately after your appointment. Concerns reported one week or later after the appointment will not be accepted.

09 — Foreign Fill Policy

Foreign fills are accepted only if the previous work meets our 2- or 3-week fill policy and is clean with proper isolation. Otherwise, a removal and full set will be required.

10 — Suitable Clients for Lash Extensions

Clients booking a full set must not have existing lash extensions applied. If you currently have lash extensions from a previous session, whether done by us or another artist, a removal service must be booked along with your full set appointment.

For best results and lash health, we recommend a minimum gap of 2 months between your previous lash lift and your upcoming lash extension appointment.

11 — Additional Policies

Guests and pets are not allowed at appointments. Clients must sign the consent form prior to their appointment. Pre-care and post-care instructions must be followed responsibly to ensure the best results.
