Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit of $20 is required upon booking. Please note that if this deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. For e-transfer, please use the following email: kambojisnidhi@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy
Cancel your lash appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period help us accommodate other clients and maintain our operations efficiently. Please note that no-shows and last-minute cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Reschedule Policy
To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within the 48-hour window will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the service cost.

No Show Policy
No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, which will be added to future appointments or may result in booking restrictions.

3-weeks Fill Policy
When booking a refill appointment, it is recommended to do so within 3 weeks and ensure that at least 30-40% of your lash extensions are still intact. If less than 30% of your extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. If any issues arise, please inform us within one week of your appointment. We will offer a fix or alternative discounts, but refunds are not available.

2-weeks Fill Policy
When booking a refill appointment, it is recommended to do so within 2 weeks and ensure that at least 50% of your lash extensions are still intact. If less than 50% of your extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a 3-week fill or a full set.

Foreign Fill Policy
Foreign fills are available only for clients who meet our 2/3 week policy and have properly isolated and clean previous work. Otherwise, we recommend booking a removal and a full set of lash extensions.
